计费 & 付款

Monthly billing statements are available in an electronic ONLY format (E-Bill) and the 现到期金额 is due in full by the due date indicated.  E-Bills are published the 2nd Wednesday of every month.  E-Bill publish dates and due date are available 在这里.  Please keep in mind that E-Bills are not “updated” for any reason (e.g. changes in enrollment, meal plans, financial aid, etc.).

E-Bill

When the E-Bill is available to view, an e-mail is sent to students’ 皇冠投注 e-mail address AND to any authorized PAYERs that students have created on their account from e-pay@皇冠投注.edu.  使用电子帐单 & E-Pay, students log into their my.皇冠投注.edu 帐户，点击 Self-Service Student 首页page 然后 学生中心.  在 学生中心, under the FINANCES heading, select 查看账单.  In addition to viewing the billing statement, 进行电子支付, creating authorized PAYER accounts and expediting receipt of the 1098T document are also options that are available.

请注意:财政援助, 包括贷款, may be indicated on the E-Bill as Anticipated 援助 which means the aid has been included in the calculation for the amount due on the E-Bill.  At the beginning of the fall and spring terms, the aid is scheduled to actually POST to students’ accounts on the fifth day of class.

E-Pay
  • 电子支付 from checking and savings accounts can be submitted with 没有费用.  查看 指令 to make a payment via E-Pay.  
  • 529计划付款; from a list of supported plans, can also be submitted via E-Pay.  A $10.00便利费.   
  • 信用卡支付 必须透过电子支付付款吗. 信用卡 支付 via mail, phone or in person 不能 被处理.
    • Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted online.
    • 注意:  The minimum non-refundable fee of $3.00 applies to 支付 over $20.00美元，106美元以下.00.
    • A 2.85% non-refundable fee applies to domestic credit card 支付 and a 4.25% non-refundable fee applies to international credit card 支付.
每月付款计划

皇冠投注网 offers a 每月付款计划 for eligible students during the fall & 春季学期. 参与计划, eligible students are required to enroll in the plan by logging on to their my.皇冠投注.edu account during designated enrollment dates only.  Additional information, including the Terms & Conditions of the plan, are available in the 每月付款计划 section.

Creating Authorized Payer Accounts

An Authorized Payer (AP) is anyone who is assisting a student with their financial obligation.  Students can create as many authorized 纳税人 as they want.  To create an authorized Payer, students log into E-Bill & E-Pay:

  • Click on name (top left) and in your profile (basic information) section，向下滚动到 纳税人 然后点击 发送玩家邀请.  Complete Payer’s name and email address.  Adding a message is optional.
  • Once the invitation is sent, the Payer receives an e-mail notification from e-pay@皇冠投注.edu 使用临时密码.
    • If Payer doesn’t receive an e-mail in their IN box, check JUNK or SPAM folders.
    • 纳税人 have a separate web address which is included in the e-mail with the temporary password and on all subsequent notifications.
    • After an authorized PAYER account is created, the PAYER receives e-mail notifications from epay@皇冠投注.edu and may view the student’s E-Bill and make electronic 支付 by logging on 商务.cashnet.com/皇冠投注.  (CASHNet is now Transact, however, web address indicated for Authorized 纳税人 is still correct.)

请注意:  If APs forget their password, t在这里 are 2 options to reset:

  • Students can reset when logged into the E-Bill & E-Pay系统. Click on the “pencil” next to the Payer’s name and select, 重新发送付款人邀请. The Payer will receive an email with a new temporary password.

Having trouble viewing your E-Bill?

When you attempt to view your E-Bill or make an electronic payment, do you receive a message that states, “you are not authorized to access…”  If so, you are experiencing a browser issue.  To resolve, first determine what type of system you are using (MAC/Apple or PC).
